If you need to check, amend or cancel your booking, you need to go to your Open Play account. All of your booking information is kept there. It is quick and simple! Please follow this link:

This is how it will appear 🙂

Step One – Click Login (not Set up), and enter your details.

Step Two – Go to, and click on,  your bookings on the bottom, left hand side.

Step Three – All of you bookings will appear. The top booking is the most recent. Click on ‘view’ to select the appropriate booking.

Step Four – Cancel, amend or view your booking.
